Lower Greenville has been historically known for it’s popular beer bars. A little over a year ago, Chef-Owner Randall Warder, brought an elevated concept to the area. Clark Food & Wine Co. has quickly become one of our favorite local spots. Why? Besides the rustic charm, there are wines on tap, Texas beers, crafted cocktails, and plates to share! They have a variety of fresh meats and cheeses, as well as several tasty flatbreads. Chef Warder takes a modern approach to the normal Texas BBQ, but does not lose any of the flavor. Clark features a cozy seated area as well as a vibrant bar scene, with several larger tables that can accommodate larger groups pretty easily. Just next door is the sister company, C’Viche which takes the same approach to freshness in seafood.
Our favorites? To Start: Prickly Rita paired with the Bacon Tomato Cheddar Flatbread. Entree: Grenache-Syrah Blend, Hecht & Bannier paired with Turkey Breast and Shaved Brussels Sprouts. Dessert: Artisan cheese board
Happy Hour Monday-Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
